I was born in Windsor, Ontario, but I grew up in the small town of Lecanto in Citrus County, Florida. Then from Florida I moved to Grand Cayman where I spent nearly 7 years on a small island with a population of less than 35,000 people.

I am a small town girl at heart and my clients benefit from my small town values of honesty, integrity and building lasting relationships. I do not wish to be your REALTOR only for today - I want to be your REALTOR for life. Buying or selling your home can be an adventure. I promise to make it one you will enjoy.

I am personable, friendly and willing to help. You can relax knowing that you are in good hands and you will feel comfortable working with someone who is working in your best interests.

I have a background in Computer Services and through the years I have done a lot of computer training. I trained all levels and specialized in Introductory Senior Training. I enjoyed watching people grow and seeing the excitement in their eyes when they "Got it!" for the first time. I see the same sparkle in a buyer’s eyes when they walk through the front door of their dream home!

While in Grand Cayman, I worked as a tour guide on a dive boat. I instructed tourist how to snorkel, performed fish feeding demonstrations and even held stingrays so the tourists could touch and feed them if they wanted to. I held the hands of many non-swimmers as we snorkeled in the ocean, I showed children their first starfish or octopus, and I gave lasting memories for many tourists. I thoroughly enjoyed my job and meeting all types of people. Although buying or selling your home may not be as exciting as feeding a stingray, I promise that it is an experience that you & I will enjoy together.

By taking a personal approach, I am committed to Taking You Home.

I love being a REALTOR. I enjoy helping others and that is why I chose to partner with Royal LePage. Our company motto is "Helping You Is What We Do". I do not "sell houses" - the houses sell themselves. I am in the business of helping people. It's what I've always done!

If you are interested in meeting to discuss your real estate needs then I would love to hear from you. You may contact me through the office at any time (519) 661-0380 or nicole@takingyouhome.ca
